Please check to see if the device is set to "Sleep Mode".
Note that the battery will drain faster if the Sleep Mode is enabled.
If you would like for the battery to last longer, we recommend you turn OFF the Sleep Mode and instead, turn OFF the device completely when not in use (press hold the Power Button to turn OFF the device), and turn it back ON when using (press hold the Power Button to turn ON).
Steps to Disable the Sleep Mode
1.Tap "■" in the upper left corner of the Pocketalk screen.
2.Tap "Settings"
3.Tap "Sleep Settings"
4. Select "Disable" from the options displayed
