[Mobile Data not working (SIM not activated properly on initial launch)]
First, Check to see if Mobile Data is actually available or not by following the below steps:
1. Tap on the ■ button at the upper left corner of the screen
2. Tap on the "Settings".
3. Tap on the "Mobile Data" icon at the upper left corner of the screen
4. Check to see if the Mobile Data is turned ON. If it is turned OFF, tap on the "OFF" to turn it ON.
5. Tap on the "<" at the upper left corner of the screen to return to the Settings, and tap the "<" again to return to the Home Screen.
If the above does not resolve the issue, try rebooting the device by following the below steps:
1. Press hold the Power Button at the top right side of the device.
2. Tap on the "Restart" menu that appears on the screen
If the above does not resolve the issue, we recommend you to try running a factory reset.
Steps to carry out Factory Reset:
1. Tap on the ■ button at the upper left corner of the Home Screen.
2. Tap on the "Settings" and then tap "Reset" on the screen that appears.
3. Tap on the "Restore factory settings".
NOTE: Carrying out "Factory Reset" will have the following effects:
●The translation history will be deleted.
●You will lose the record of all the functions you have used so far.
●You will have to reconnect to your Wi-Fi
